“Im a gold member and the desk clerk Loran was not nice at all. I know I booked through a 3rd party but that was bc it was last minute. She didnt speak, she kept coughing not covering her mouth or apologizing I asked her about the bottled water she said its for honors members. I said I was. She got an attitude and advised bc I did 3rd party I wasnt privileged to get. I advised ive done 3rd party before an was able to get it . I get it, even though I never heard that before but she didnt have to……

“The place seemed to be understaffed - service was slow and quality was nothing special. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t refreshed by housekeeping so we were waiting on clean towels and toilet paper. Reservations were required at both of the upscale restaurants on property which was a bummer. ”

“I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.”
